- Now the milk, used here was boiled and cooled. Cream had formed on top of it, so use that milk. If you want, you can also use tetra pack milk available here. Now we'll cover it and keep it in the fridge for about 4 to 5 hours. And look, in the morning when open it, see, it has bloomed well, and the milk has thickened.
- Now garnish it with some chopped almonds and along with saffron strands.
And now add a little sweetness to it by adding some powdered sweetener here. Use sugar-free powdered sweetener here, as its effect is very cooling. You can also use jaggery, brown sugar, or stevia here. And if you want, you can also make it without sugar. It will still taste very tasty.
